Commercial real estate is higher-level investing, much more resistant to inflation than traditional apartments. Although the entry barrier can be higher, a skillfully negotiated purchase – preferably concluded on the direct local market without horrendous commercial agency commissions – provides solid, double-digit returns and years of peace of mind.
